Our facilities & operations

Since 1989 we have been operating within the Gauteng area and have worked all over South Africa. We do works all over south Africa and have branches in Mozambique , Zambia and Angola . Our factory is based in Johannesburg south, Alrode, with a floor size of 1800m2. The Monthly output is 450 tons per month of mild and stainless steel.

 

We have over 60 employees currently with us, from boilermakers to our cleaners all working together, to create our masterpieces with pride. We currently have 14 installing teams with Magnet who are all well versed in our installations and have been for many years now.

 

The factory and office operates Monday to Friday 07h00 - 17h00 and Saturdays 07h00 - 13h00.

 

Our installers operate as per site requirements to ensure delivery of

your works on time.

Our steps to success

• All our work begins with you and

  our initial consultation.

• A site meeting follows this, our site manager will

  discuss with you the client, time implications,

  requirements for installations and the designs.

• We will then provide shop drawings for approval,

  this is to ensure we all are on the same page

  regarding the works.

• After a confirmed approval, production will

  commence. Once all the products are checked

  and ready to go, we will call to confirm installation.

• The installation process begins and only ends once

  you the client have signed off and are

  completely satisfied with the works.
